We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Language Learning and Development Advisor to guide our future students. This unique role offers direct impact on our users and growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

REQUIRED: Excellent English (C1) and fluent Italian (C2). Other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial conversations to understand student needs and assess their English level
• Guide potential students through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience
• Achieve assigned targets, directly contributing to enrollment growth
• Create detailed reports, providing insights for continuous system improvement
• Extremely motivated, proactive, results-oriented, with a hunger for growth
• Excellent communication skills, an empathetic approach, and a positive mindset
• Fluent in English (C1) and fluent in Italian (C2)
• Able to work autonomously, organized, and comfortable in a remote setup
