• Conceptual flair: you develop strong landscape narratives that integrate with architecture
• Technical competence: you can draw, detail, and specify like a pro
• Familiar with local + Mediterranean plant species: extra kudos for deep knowledge of native and climate-resilient flora
• Multidisciplinary collab: you love working with architects, engineers, artists, and fellow nature lovers
• Visual communicator: confident with planting plans, diagrams, and presentation tools
