Land Agent / Real Estate Agent (m/f/d), Puglia

Job Description: Responsible for land acquisition for renewable energy plants.

The UKA Group has been operating for 25 years and is one of the leading developers of renewable energy projects in Germany. UKA has projects in Europe and around the world with a pipeline exceeding 19 gigawatts.

Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Search for new sites for renewable energy projects, including wind farms and agrovoltaic plants.
  2. Participate in the identification, analysis, and selection of potential sites for renewable energy plants.
  3. Identify landowners, negotiate, and stipulate contracts such as lease agreements, surface rights, easements, and acquisitions.
  4. Establish relationships and dialogue with local institutions, administrations, operators, and landowners.
  5. Support project development through external brokers and manage authorization processes for construction and operation.
  6. Conduct inspections across the national territory.
  7. Report to the development team, CEO, or designated person.
  8. Assist in various company areas related to project management.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum two years of experience in land negotiation and stipulation for renewable energy or real estate projects. Must be dynamic, organized, and responsible.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Proficiency with office software, Google Earth, land registry searches, and Sister program.
  4. Knowledge of QGIS and other map viewers is appreciated. Willingness to travel nationally. Results-oriented.
