Job Description:

Responsible for land acquisition for renewable energy plants.

The UKA Group has been operating for 25 years and is one of the leading developers of renewable energy projects in Germany. UKA has projects in Europe and around the world with a pipeline exceeding 19 gigawatts.

Role and responsibilities:

1. Search for new sites for renewable energy projects, including wind farms and agrovoltaic plants.
2. Identify, analyze, and select potential sites for renewable energy installations.
3. Identify landowners, negotiate, and establish contracts such as lease agreements, surface rights, easements, and acquisitions.
4. Establish relationships with local institutions, authorities, and operators, coordinating with the development team.
5. Support project management through external brokers and assist in obtaining necessary permits for construction and operation.
6. Conduct inspections within the national territory.
7. Report to the development team and senior management.
8. Assist in various company areas related to project development.

Requirements:

1. At least two years of experience in land negotiation or management for renewable energy or real estate projects; dynamic, organized, and responsible individual.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in office software, Google Earth, land registry online resources, and Sister; familiarity with QGIS and other mapping tools is a plus.
4. Willingness to travel within the country; results-oriented.
