Overview

Responsible for land acquisition for renewable energy plants. The UKA Group has been operating for 25 years, is one of the leading developers of renewable energy projects in Germany. UKA has projects in Europe and around the world with a pipeline of projects exceeding 19 gigawatts.

Role and responsibilities
  • Search for new sites for the development of renewable energy projects, in particular wind farms and agrovoltaic plants.
  • Participate in the identification, analysis and selection of potential sites for the installation of renewable energy plants.
  • Identify landowners and, for the development of projects and related connection works, negotiate and stipulate contracts (lease agreements, surface rights, easements, acquisitions, etc.).
  • Establish relationships and dialogue with local institutions and other administrations in coordination with the development team.
  • Establish relationships and dialogue with local operators and owners.
  • Support in the management of the various projects in development through dialogue with external brokers.
  • Support in processing the necessary authorizations for the construction and operation of the plants.
  • Perform inspections on the national territory.
  • Report to the development team and the CEO or the person designated by him.
  • Support in the various areas of the company, in the management of the various projects in development.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in negotiating and stipulating contracts for the acquisition of land for renewable energy projects or in the management and acquisition of land for real estate projects. Minimum two years.
  • Dynamic, organized and responsible person.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage the office package.
  • Management of specific programs: Google Earth, use of the territorial agencies website for land registry searches and practices, Sister.
  • The use of QGIS and other map viewers is appreciated.
  • Availability to travel on the national territory to the assigned areas.
  • Results-oriented.
