Dr. Schär is seeking a laboratory support professional to organize raw material inventory, maintain a clean lab, and assist with analytical tests and data collection in a dynamic, international environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and adherence to quality standards, with onboarding and training opportunities provided through the Dr. Schär Academy and an in-house canteen for staff welfare.

Competenze

• Technical or scientific background (chemistry, biology, lab assistant).
• Experience in laboratory work or raw material management preferred.
• Excellent accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• English and German knowledge appreciated.
• Global mindset: comfortable in an international environment.

Mansioni

• Organize and monitor raw material inventory, including ordering, receiving, and recording.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the laboratory, manage equipment and consumables, and support test preparation.
• Collaborate in performing laboratory tests and trials according to internal procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with analytical activities, sample preparation, data collection, and documentation of results.
• Support sensory analysis activities.
