Un'azienda specializzata in tecnologie stradali cerca un Tecnico di Laboratorio per testare materiali stradali. Sarai coinvolto in attività di supporto tecnico, redazione di documentazione e test di laboratorio e sul campo. È richiesta una laurea tecnica e conoscenza dell'inglese. Competenze

• Esperienza in strutture civili e infrastrutture, gradita esperienza in cantieri per costruzioni stradali o aeroportuali.
• Capacità di pianificare e monitorare attività e fasi lavorative.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare anche con breve preavviso.

Mansioni

• Collaborare con la Direzione Tecnica per supporto tecnico.
• Redigere documentazione per diffusione tecnico-scientifica.
• Eseguire test tecnologici in laboratorio e sul campo.

Laboratory Technician for Testing Road Materials

The resource will be inserted into the Technological Laboratory. After a period of coaching in the laboratory and adequate theoretical training on technologies and products, the technician will have the following tasks :

• Collaborate with the Technical Management and the Area Manager by providing the technical support necessary for the promotion of company products and technologies with customers in Italy and abroad;
• Draft supporting documentation for technical-scientific dissemination;
• Provide technical assistance at construction sites and production plants for bituminous conglomerates and emulsions, both in Italy and abroad;
• Carry out technological tests in the laboratory and on site following national and international regulations and internal procedures;
• Process data, record and compile test reports.

Qualifications and Experience

The technician we are looking for must have the following characteristics :

Experience in the field of civil structures and infrastructures. Experience in a construction and / or design and / or quality control company on road / motorway / airport construction sites and / or in the field of laboratory testing of construction materials is appreciated.

Degree in a technical sector (Civil / infrastructure / road engineering, Materials sciences, or similar).

Nice to Have

Technical knowledge in the production and installation of bituminous conglomerates and emulsions.

The technician we are looking for must have the following professional and transversal skills :

Excellent knowledge of English;

Availability to travel nationally and abroad even at short notice;

Driver's license;

Knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel);

Ability to plan and monitor activities and work phases;

Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality, proactivity for professional growth, and ability to work independently when necessary;

Aptitude for teamwork, i.e., ability to dialogue with colleagues and customers to identify solutions to problems even in moments of intense work;

Ability to present during meetings, lessons, and conferences.
