TXT E-Tech S.r.l., of the TXT Group, for its Aerospace & Defense division is looking for a Laboratory Manager with previous experience in the role of at least 3 years.The ideal resource must have:Good communication, synthesis, problem solving and organizational capabilities;Capacity to organize, manage and check the activity of third-party laboratories;Cooperative attitude, ability to work autonomously and proficiently and decision making.Main responsibilities:Managing the development, improvement and resolution of issues related to special processes;Collaborate on product anomaly investigations for process/product/material aspects;Validate failure analysis report performed at internal and external laboratories;Proposing, testing and validate the new special processes;Supporting personnel in the qualification of special process suppliers when internal capabilities are not sufficient;Improve operational and management processes;Supporting business functions in the validation of new processes;Respect and implement the requirements of aerospace regulations.Technical skills required:Previous experience of at least 3 years;Knowledge of chemistry and materials;Knowledge of galvanic and painting processes;Knowledge of technical English (B2).Optional requirements:Familiarity with standards for quality management systems (EN9100, AS13100);Knowledge of processes in the aerospace field, related certification processes and regulations.Qualifications required: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or similar.What we offer:Career opportunity in a rapidly growing company;Opportunity to experience an international, young and dynamic environment;Corporate Benefits (health insurance, welfare, Ticket Restaurant, discounts as a group employee);Permanent contract commensurate with experience.Position open to candidates regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree 198/2006.The company promotes equal opportunities and values diversity in all its forms.#Li-Hybrid
