Summary

• The resource will oversee service activities on certified electromechanical medical devices, ensuring compliance with service requirements and contractual agreements with clients.

What You Will Do

• Install, service, maintain, upgrade, and perform Field Corrective Actions on certified electromechanical medical devices.
• Establish and maintain communication and collaboration with clients, team members, and all business contacts.
• Ensure compliance with service instructions and applicable quality requirements.
• Adhere to all corporate policies and operational-organizational requirements.
• Report all required service information accurately and promptly in the Service System and datasheets.
• Provide telephone support to clients where applicable.
• Provide technical training to clients where applicable.
• Support Customer Demos where applicable.
• Manage and store assigned stock, spare parts, and assets (measurement and testing tools, various tools) according to requirements and instructions, ensuring timely and appropriate order replacements.

What You Will Bring

• A technical diploma (preferably in biomedical or electromechanical fields) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Technician working on electromechanical medical equipment.
• Knowledge of electronics, electromechanics, mechanics, ESD requirements, and Medical Device directives.
• Proficiency with common manual tools, cutters, pliers, and soldering tools.
• Ability to use measurement and testing instruments.
• Good written English skills and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions in English.
• Strong customer interfacing skills.
• Good content presentation skills.
• Effective management of the work environment.
