Un groupe innovant dans le secteur des pneus recherche un Assistant de Laboratoire motivé pour soutenir son équipe de recherche et développement. Ce poste implique l'exécution de tests de laboratoire, la préparation de formulations de caoutchouc et la gestion de la documentation technique. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en chimie et une approche proactive, tout en étant capable d'organiser son travail pour respecter les délais.

The candidate will assist the activity of the R&D Material Laboratory of Prometeon Innovation Center. The Laboratory Assistant is a curious, passionate and proactive resource which is going to actively support Research and Development group in the field of Rubber Compounds

Responsibilities :

Reporting directly to the Laboratory Senior Specialist, the resource is going to be responsible for :

• Execution of laboratory test in accordance to requests and priorities;
• Preparation of rubber compound formulations;
• Sample preparation and warehouse management;
• Critical evaluation of laboratory test results;
• Writing of internal laboratory Standard Operative Procedures (SOP);
• Writing technical documents for the reporting of laboratory test results;
• Monitoring of the instrument ordinary and extraordinary maintenance;
• Going in detail of technical problems with a problem-solving approach;
• Management of relationships with different departments;
• Conducting safety risk assessment of test equipment.

Requirements :

• High School Qualification (Diploma) in Chemistry or similar subjects;
• Knowledge of MS Office package :
• Highly motivated, positive thinking, proactive and open-mind;
• Flexible approach to work and self-motivated;
• Ability to organize workload to ensure deadlines are achieved;
• English and Chinese language would be considered a plus;
• Able to drive with a full driving licence.
