GlaxoSmithKline (GVGH Laboratory Operations) is offering an extra-curricular internship starting November 2026 in Siena, Italy. The role provides hands-on experience in laboratory operations, equipment lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with Scientific Functions, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology or related fields, has strong English, good communication, and a proactive, multitasking mindset.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Biotechnology, Engineering (Chemical), Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field.
• Understanding of Laboratory operations and EHS principles.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in transversal teams.
• AI tools oriented; proactive, multitasking mindset.

Mansioni

• Support GVGH Laboratory Operations activities and related documentation under supervision.
• Interact with cross-functional teams including Scientific Functions, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality.
• Assist end-to-end Equipment & Pipette lifecycle management and ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
