A leading company in the coatings industry seeks a professional for managing inbound and outbound material processes. Responsibilities include verifying documentation, managing compliance with transportation standards, and entering data within the PPG IT system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and transportation regulations.

Descrizione del lavoro

You will be responsible for executing all transactions related to inbound and outbound material flow using the PPG IT system (R12).

Responsibilities

1. Inbound material receiving: verifying transportation documentation to ensure material and quantity match the Purchase Order.
2. Checking that shipping documents (delivery note, CMR, Certificate of Analysis) are compliant.
3. Performing Purchase Order receipt entries in R12.
4. Preparing internal documentation for unloading materials.
5. Collaborating with and supporting the Procurement function.
6. Order processing, including validation of Sales Order pick lists.
7. Preparing shipping documents and verifying their compliance with operating procedures and ADR requirements (UN number, proper shipping name, class, packing group).
8. Interfacing with OTM Wroclaw for shipment booking and sea container shipment management.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of transportation standards: ADR/RID, ICAO/IATA, IMDG.
• Proficiency with the PPG IT system (R12) and OTM.
