Your tasks

Overview:

The location is strategic and of utmost importance to create an effective, efficient, and serene work team so as to obtain excellent results from the end customers. Must be the interface between the technicians, also following their skills and growth plans, and the other strategic figures (COM, SALES, Head of LCS).

The role is full time, Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will need to be highly organised, possess outstanding communication skills and be a well-rounded individual.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the interventions carried out are reliable with the requests received
  • Ensuring that all technical personnel are trained in the correct time on “Safety at Work”
  • Ensure the quality of the service performed to the customer
  • Develop the skills of technicians also from a strategic perspective with respect to the actual needs of Italian Market, also with the support of special matrices and individual development interviews
  • Ensure that service personnel planning is carried out in the most efficient way to guarantee internal and external customer satisfaction and corporate cost containment
  • Collect the actual needs of the COM/customer
  • Collect reports produced by technicians and share results with COMs in order to implement improvement actions
  • Plan in the medium term the maintenance and installations to come according to the needs expressed by the COMs
  • Ensure the proper flow of information between the office, the transfer technicians and Krones AG;
  • Real-time coordination with the COMs in order to process their information so as to ensure the suitability and delivery of the materials needed to carry out the intervention, the personnel employed, and the supporting tools used
  • Plan interventions in detail and share information with interested parties
  • Ensure the correctness and timeliness of quotation produced for both COM and LCS sales
  • Support sales/COMs for technical aspects and project timelines
  • Ensure networking with Krones AG for Technical Support activities
  • Ensure proper functioning of technical support and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that technicians are trained and updated with respect to all new technologies installed on the machines
  • Create networks with the academy of Krones AG
  • Take care of technical assessment
  • Purchase and manage the technicians' equipment/tools necessary for the proper functioning of the work
