KPMG Open Platform is an innovation hub based in Naples, developing high-tech service models and solutions for public administration. The consultancy areas include cyber security, program management on large transformation projects in the public sector, application maintenance and managed services.

By joining the Oracle AMS & Tech team, your goal will be to support digital transformation processes related to Corporate Performance Management systems. You will collaborate with experienced professionals in implementing advanced digital solutions, ensuring operational efficiency of systems and supporting business processes.

Your role involves working with Oracle EPM solutions, focusing on implementing key modules for the Finance, Administration and Control area (AFC), such as Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support users with "How-to" requests through ticketing systems and guidance for the manual correction of inputs.
• Manage minor system issues, including through emergency procedures.
• Analyze complex problems related to planning and control processes.
• Implement service requests, such as workflow or model modifications, training sessions, or mass data uploads.
• Contribute to regular and extraordinary maintenance of Oracle EPM architectures.
• Update and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Skills

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This is a fit if you:

• Possess excellent communication skills and tailor language to the audience.
• Have 2–4 years of experience in consulting firms or software houses with hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud and/or On-Premise (Hyperion).
• Are familiar with core AFC processes and Performance Management logic.
• Can identify and solve technical and functional issues in complex software environments, using troubleshooting and coordinating with other vendors in emergencies.
• Have a good command of English, ideally with study or work experience abroad.

Preferred but not required:

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Oracle certifications (Oracle FCC implementation professional, Oracle Planning implementation professional, Oracle OCI).
