An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in their e-commerce platform. In this role, you will leverage your extensive network within the Italian e-commerce sector to identify and acquire new customers, negotiate partnerships, and optimize performance marketing solutions. You will collaborate closely with various teams to maximize the network's potential while representing the company at trade fairs and appointments. As Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for growing and optimizing our e-commerce platform.

  1. You identify business opportunities for our network and products, either by establishing direct relationships with advertisers or through collaboration with affiliate networks and agencies.
  2. You will identify and acquire customers from the e-commerce sector in Italy. Your extensive network of affiliate partners and e-commerce customers will support your efforts.
  3. You will conduct negotiations with new partners, prepare offers, and follow up until agreements are signed.
  4. You will represent Sovendus to potential new partners both remotely and at on-site appointments and trade fairs.
  5. You are responsible for market development and product positioning, leveraging your long-standing experience in the e-commerce sector.
  6. You will report to the Country Manager Italy and collaborate closely with our Account Management, International Sales, Design/UX, Business Intelligence/KPI teams, and other departments to maximize the network's potential.
Your profile:

You are a passionate and process-oriented Sales Manager (m/f/d) with professional experience in selling performance marketing solutions.

  • You are a highly motivated B2B sales professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in selling online performance marketing solutions to affiliate networks, agencies, and e-commerce companies.
  • You possess an extensive network of contacts within the Italian e-commerce sector.
  • You are driven by the goal of building new markets successfully.
  • Your analytical skills enable you to assess market potential and review and optimize partner KPIs.
  • You have excellent presentation skills, both in person and using remote communication tools.
  • Fluent professional Italian and English skills are required.
