Job Title: Sales Manager (m/f/d)

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing our e-commerce network.

  1. Responsibilities include:
  2. Identifying business opportunities for our network and products, establishing relationships with advertisers, or collaborating with affiliate networks and agencies.
  3. Acquiring customers from the e-commerce sector in Italy using your extensive network of affiliate partners and e-commerce clients.
  4. Conducting negotiations with new partners, preparing offers, and following up until agreements are signed.
  5. Representing Sovendus to potential partners both remotely and at on-site appointments and trade fairs.
  6. Developing market strategies and positioning products leveraging your experience in the e-commerce sector.
  7. Collaborating with internal teams including Account Management, International Sales, Design/UX, Business Intelligence/KPI, and other departments to maximize network potential.
Your Profile:
  1. Qualifications:
  2. Passionate and process-oriented Sales Manager with professional experience in performance marketing solutions sales.
  3. Motivated B2B sales talent with 2-3 years of experience selling online performance marketing solutions to affiliate networks, agencies, and e-commerce businesses.
  4. Extensive network within the Italian e-commerce sector.
  5. Driven to build new markets successfully.
  6. Strong analytical skills to assess market potential and optimize partner KPIs.
  7. Excellent presentation skills, both in person and via remote communication tools.
  8. Fluent in Italian and English.
