Job Title: Sales Manager (m/f/d)

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing our e-commerce network.

Responsibilities:
  1. You identify business opportunities for our network and products, establishing direct relationships with advertisers or collaborating with affiliate networks and agencies.
  2. You will identify and acquire customers from the e-commerce sector in Italy, leveraging your extensive network of affiliate partners and e-commerce clients.
  3. You conduct negotiations with new partners, prepare offers, and follow up until agreements are signed.
  4. You represent Sovendus at meetings and trade fairs, both remotely and on-site.
  5. You are responsible for market development and product positioning, utilizing your experience in the e-commerce sector.
  6. You report to the Country Manager Italy and collaborate with various teams including Account Management, International Sales, Design/UX, Business Intelligence/KPI, and other departments to maximize the network's potential.
Your Profile:
  1. You are passionate, process-oriented, and have professional experience as a Sales Manager.
  2. You have at least 2-3 years of experience selling performance marketing solutions in a B2B context.
  3. You possess an extensive network within the Italian e-commerce sector.
  4. You are motivated to build new markets successfully.
  5. Your analytical skills enable you to assess market potential and optimize partner KPIs.
  6. You have excellent presentation skills, both in person and via remote communication tools.
  7. Fluent professional Italian and English skills are required.
