Job Title: Sales Manager (m/f/d)

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing our e-commerce network.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify business opportunities for our network and products by establishing direct relationships with advertisers or collaborating with affiliate networks and agencies.
  2. Identify and acquire customers from the e-commerce sector in Italy, leveraging your extensive network of affiliate partners and e-commerce clients.
  3. Conduct negotiations with new partners, prepare offers, and follow up until agreements are signed.
  4. Represent Sovendus to potential partners both remotely and at on-site appointments and trade fairs.
  5. Drive market development and product positioning using your experience in the e-commerce sector.
  6. Report to the Country Manager Italy and collaborate with Account Management, International Sales, Design/UX, Business Intelligence/KPI teams, and other departments to maximize the network's potential.
Your Profile:
  1. Passionate and process-oriented Sales Manager with professional experience in selling performance marketing solutions.
  2. Motivated B2B sales professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in online performance marketing sales to affiliate networks, agencies, and e-commerce companies.
  3. Extensive network within the Italian e-commerce sector.
  4. Driven by building new markets successfully.
  5. Strong analytical skills to assess market potential and optimize partner KPIs.
  6. Excellent presentation skills, both in person and via remote communication tools.
  7. Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
