Position Overview

The Key Account Professional will manage a major partnership within the Italian organization around the Venice area. This role is part of the Sales Team based in Veneto and is fully remote. You will report to the Sales Area Manager for North-East Italy.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects utilizing internal and external resources.
• Manage multiple contracts using data and analytics.
• Collaborate with regional authorities to advance Laboratory Medicine.
• Enhance patient outcomes by improving the speed and accuracy of IVD diagnosis.

Minimum Requirements

• University Degree, preferably in Biological Sciences, Clinical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in IVD or laboratory environments, with comprehensive knowledge of laboratory operations.
• Project management skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for insights.
• Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and adaptability to engage with various stakeholders in private and public sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Problem Solving Processes.
• Application support experience in IVD reagents.
• Previous laboratory experience (private or public).
• Experience in multinational companies and navigating complex matrix environments.
