For our Sales Team, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager who will focus on Pharma and Specialized Stores Channels in BRESCIA, MANTOVA, VERONA, TRENTO, and BOLZANO.

We offer an initial 12-month temporary contract

During this experience, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, gain visibility across all company departments, and contribute to your team’s achievements.

About the job

You will manage business relations with an existing customer portfolio and be responsible for developing it through new business opportunities.

  • Identify and create sales opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
  • Develop new product categories in Pharma and Specialized Stores.
  • Manage customer plans from negotiation to implementation.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy monthly and quarterly.
  • Negotiate promotional plans and product assortment, ensuring proper implementation in stores.
  • Manage local budgets, agreements, and discounts to support sell-in and sell-out strategies.
  • Use data to monitor competition, increase sales of existing programs, and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Proactively manage product visibility on displays and shelves.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have :

  • A Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, or Pharmacy.
  • A commercial attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills and flexibility.
  • A passion for sales.
  • Strong negotiation and relational skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • 6 to 12 months of experience in sales (sell-in and sell-out).
  • A valid driving license.
