What you will do

The purpose of this position is to develop the built-in business in the Triveneto area. The manager is responsible for managing strategic built-in customers and maximizing all business opportunities.

Activities and areas of responsibility

  1. Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel.
  2. Networking within local accounts to secure all business opportunities.
  3. Ensuring internal company functions provide the highest level of customer service to local accounts.
  4. Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring effective fulfillment.
  5. Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts.
  6. Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by local accounts.
  7. Taking a proactive approach to account management.
  8. Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer organization.
  9. Holding business reviews to assess sales opportunities.

What you need to succeed

Must have

  • Professional experience: 5-7 years in sales and business development, with proof of this experience.
  • Education: Degree in Economics or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Soft skills: Client management skills, people management experience, emotional maturity, coaching, development, and motivation skills.
  • Other: Availability to travel within Italy; ability to establish relationships with major customers and retailers; leadership skills; clear communication of expectations; highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple activities simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with built-in consumer goods markets.
