Job Description:

TBO.COM is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the Italian market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong reputation with local Italian travel agents, strategic business relationships in Spain, and a broad understanding of travel technology. We offer a competitive compensation package along with attractive bonuses.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding, training, and building confidence with new partners on the TBO.COM B2B platform.
  • Maintain existing business and develop strong commercial and personal relationships between partners.
  • Conduct regular site visits (minimum 3-4 days a week), support agents on-site and online, conduct trainings/webinars, and introduce new products to increase sales.
  • Provide regular reports to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented work style with excellent business communication skills.
  • Strong experience in B2B negotiations and sales management.
  • Proven ability to develop new and existing sales in Italy with online travel platforms.
  • Strong sales skills and a track record in the Italian travel industry.
