Antech Diagnostics is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking passionate talents to join our dynamic team! We offer a comprehensive range of products and services in veterinary diagnostics, ensuring high-quality care for pets. Through partnerships with global leaders, we provide veterinarians with the most innovative imaging and laboratory analysis technologies.

We are currently looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager - Southern Italy. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, high responsibility, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

The main responsibilities include:

  1. Providing continuous feedback to improve team effectiveness and professional development, managing performance cycles, and addressing related issues.
  2. Collaborating strategically with European Corporate Account Directors and the regional General Manager to align with corporate group objectives and agreements.
  3. Working with the Sales team, national managers, and field support teams to plan and facilitate installations.
  4. Understanding and becoming an expert in the Corporate Account agreement, internal processes, pricing, and guidelines.
  5. Identifying opportunities at clinical and corporate group levels with the launch of new products.
  6. Planning on-site demonstrations for Sales Managers for potential new placements or updates.
  7. Coordinating with Sales leaders on group strategies, business reviews, and new product opportunities.
  8. Assisting with contractual modifications, assignment agreements, communication, and collecting signatures.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine, or equivalent experience and education.
  • Essential experience in the veterinary sector.
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English.
