Role Description

Your role

As a Key Account Manager_Sicily Region, you will have the responsibility to work on the creation and the implementation of the business plan. You will also be responsible for scientific information in the area of competence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Build strong and effective relationships with healthcare professionals in hospitals and specialty centers.
  2. Develop partnerships with physicians by focusing on patient needs using company communication and IT tools.
  3. Differentiate the value of the product according to the interlocutor, HCP, Doctors, or other assigned stakeholders in order to develop and maintain LEO Advocates.
  4. Gather market intelligence to understand stakeholders' needs, expectations, and territorial challenges. Analyze the territory to identify opportunities and build strategies.
  5. Collaborate with other teams in the Thrombosis BU to gain access to key stakeholders and provide added value to clients.
  6. Work with MSL and RAM to optimize therapeutic proposals.
  7. Collaborate with the BU Head and Sales Manager to implement initiatives for pharmacies and intermediary distribution operators to improve patient treatment.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
  1. Scientific background relevant to the pharma industry.
  2. Italian Proficiency and good level of English.
  3. Previous experience in the field and advanced selling and territory management skills.
  4. Knowledge of market access and Pharma economic principles.
  5. Experience in Oncology, Haematology or Internal Medicine areas will be a plus.

The ideal candidate is able to persuade, build networks, and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
