  • Buona conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint, e conoscenza di base di SAP.

Key Account Manager Service (Temporary)

The challenge

A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.

What you will do

Key activities:

  1. Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel
  2. Networking within local & national accounts to secure all business opportunities
  3. Ensuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to national accounts
  4. Managing accounts’ special prices requests and products orders
  5. Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively
  6. Managing contracts and quarterly and annual bonuses
  7. Forecasting sales for high volume products/codes
  8. Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts
  9. Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts
  10. Taking a proactive approach to account management
  11. Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer
  12. Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales
  13. Constantly looking out for new sales and business opportunities in targeted markets
  14. Analyzing market trends and sales
  15. Evaluating competitors’ activities
  16. Ensuring that all costs are within the budget

What you need to succeed

Education

  1. Degree in Economics

Professional Experience

  1. Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry
  2. Entrepreneurial spirit and approach
  3. Autonomy
  4. Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  5. Base knowledge of SAP
  6. Availability to travel

Languages

  1. Good knowledge of English

Preferred qualifications & soft skills

  1. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategies
  2. Negotiating skills and ability to work by objectives
