- You will be responsible for managing and developing key account customers within the Tuscany region.
- You will have the opportunity to join an exciting and dynamic team, supporting the Sales Team and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive growth in your designated area.
Role Purpose
Responsibilities include:
- Ownership for creating and delivering growth focus plans, activity plans, and outcomes, mobilized through face-to-face and virtual customer activities, supported by matrix sales and support organizations.
- Achieving sales, gross margin, gross profit, and own brand growth targets for the district portfolio.
- Collaborating across functions within the organization.
- Utilizing Salesforce effectively to gather data on customer opportunities and existing business.
- Driving growth in value-added solutions and inventory management installations against targets, influenced through self and matrix sales support.
- Deploying RS Value and RS Technical Propositions to foster long-term customer relationships and agreements.
- Managing the commercial proposition, customer pricing, and terms within governance guidelines.
- Working closely with strategic suppliers on target customers.
- Ensuring customer data integrity and confidentiality, following local legislation.

Essential Skills & Experience
- At least 4 years' experience in a commercial role (sales or business development).
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
- A consultative approach to understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
- Experience working within a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and business planning tools.
- Strong business acumen, project management, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage complex negotiations and contractual agreements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting at senior levels.
- Passion for customer service and results-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record in identifying customer potential and managing a sales funnel.
