Designation : Key Account Manager North-Italy Department : Sales Location : North of Italy - Lombardia / Veneto / Piemonte Willingness to frequently travel for on-site visits to clients and retail locations is required

Job Summary She / He will drive the company sales in the key market / channel, creating and managing a good and strong relationship with existing customers in order to achieve the expected sales objectives (turnover and margins), being the direct reference for the buyer. Moreover she / he will continue to expand the distribution of our products where not present. He / She will be required to build healthy relationships with different organizational stakeholders demonstrating a high level of integrity in line with Iffco core values.

Roles & Responsibilities MARKET DEVELOPMENT

  • Analyze the reference market, consolidating and developing current and potential customers in the assigned geographical area
  • Develop an action plan based on the area budget verifying the achievement of commercial objectives with reference customers
  • Define sell-in activities with customers, analyzing their P&L together with the line manager
  • Contribute to the development of both the product portfolio and the customer portfolio
  • Strengthen partnerships with customers, also through promotional activities, in accordance with the company's commercial strategy
  • Supporting Iffco in defining the most effective route to market in the assigned area. REPORTING & ANALYSIS
  • Sell-out data analysis
  • Evaluate the overall performance of customers, in reference to turnover objectives, preparing any corrective interventions
  • Implementing a regular sales forecast and reporting activity

Qualification 5+ years of sales representative experience in the relevant geographic area / channel Previous work experience in the food industry / FMCG environment Experience with the management of agents and distributors Fluency in English (at least B2 level) MS Office
