IFFCO Italia seeks a Key Account Manager for North Italy. This role involves driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding product distribution in the region. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG sector, with strong negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Competenze

Designation : Key Account Manager North-Italy

Department : Sales

Location : North of Italy - Lombardia / Veneto / Piemonte

Willingness to frequently travel for on-site visits to clients and retail locations is required.

Job Summary: She / He will drive the company's sales in the key market / channel, creating and managing strong relationships with existing customers to achieve sales objectives (turnover and margins), serving as the direct reference for the buyer. Additionally, she / he will expand the distribution of our products where not present. The role requires building healthy relationships with various organizational stakeholders, demonstrating high integrity aligned with Iffco's core values.

  • Analyze the reference market, consolidating and developing current and potential customers in the assigned geographical area.
  • Develop an action plan based on the area budget, verifying the achievement of commercial objectives with reference customers.
  • Define sell-in activities with customers, analyzing their P&L together with the line manager.
  • Contribute to the development of both the product portfolio and the customer portfolio.
  • Strengthen partnerships with customers, including promotional activities, in accordance with the company's commercial strategy.
  • Support Iffco in defining the most effective route to market in the area.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Sell-out data analysis.
  • Evaluate overall customer performance relative to turnover objectives, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement regular sales forecasting and reporting activities.

Qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience in the relevant geographic area/channel, previous work in the food industry / FMCG, experience managing agents and distributors, fluency in English (at least B2), proficiency in MS Office.

Technical Skills: Negotiation, Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting.
