Key Account Manager - Mining, Minerals and Metals Segment
Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Key Account Manager for the Mining, Minerals, and Metals Segment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building long-term, trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  2. Identifying and qualifying sales leads, managing a customer portfolio, and developing new business.
  3. Implementing sales and marketing strategies to exceed objectives and increase revenue.
  4. Conducting market research to understand segmentation, competitors, and market trends.
  5. Collaborating internally to monitor policies and identify market opportunities.
  6. Developing marketing value propositions for the industrial subsegment.
  7. Supporting local sales efforts, organizing events, and promoting Schneider Electric solutions.
  8. Developing account business plans to meet sales targets and providing forecasts.
  9. Fostering a team-selling approach and managing multiple projects and relationships.

Qualifications include:

  • University Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering.
  • Experience managing structured customers, preferably internationally.
  • Technical background in Electrical Distribution and/or Automation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM and business intelligence tools.
  • Business fluency in English and willingness to travel (~50%).
