Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively build and expand a strong network and customer portfolio through strategic relationship development and market engagement.
- Responsible for sales to assigned customers to achieve yearly sales and profit targets.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with assigned customers.
- Negotiate annual contracts, pricing, back conditions, and commercial strategy with assigned customers.
- Resolve financial and logistics issues with assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
- Identify new opportunities, define benchmarks, and enlarge our business scale.
- Plan monthly promotion activities and marketing campaigns with assigned customers and analyze ROI of promo plans.
- Inform the organization about opportunities and challenges, prepare counterplans, and act as a market leader.
- Visit key shops frequently to ensure proper product display.
- Support marketing team to increase visibility and improve brand image in stores of assigned customers.
- Analyze and improve display share and sellout by shops of assigned customers.
- Create sales reports (weekly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly) on sales process, status, and forecast; analyze turnover data, gather marketing information, and monitor invoices. Maintain ongoing analysis of market share per product group by account.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record with an existing network of key customers and partners in the Italian consumer electronics and major domestic appliances (MDA) market.
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience in MDA industry.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse individuals.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and resilience.
- Outstanding analytical skills with experience in planning and forecasting.
