Responsibilities:
  • Achieve the overall targets set for your area
  • Achieve the forward order targets set for your area
  • Sell the full range of Wolford products and to achieve the product mix in line with Wolford guidelines
  • Maximise sales of all Wolford promotions and capsule collections
  • Source and open new accounts in your area in line with Wolford criteria
  • Manage, engage and coordinate staff members in department stores of your area
  • Support HR in recruiting the staff members in department stores
  • Work with the Consultants in the Department Stores in order to achieve maximum sell through
  • Assist the HQ with the training and motivation of the Sales Team
Product:
  • Ensure that you have a complete and up to date knowledge of all Wolford products both basic and trends
  • Ensure you understand the technical and innovative procedures in the manufacture of Wolford products
  • Manage the showroom and maintain your ranges in a pristine condition to show them to the best possible advantage
  • Return in good condition all ranges as and when required to do so by Wolford
Customer Service:
  • Ensure you have a good knowledge of all the Key Accounts and their businesses
  • Build good working relationships with the buyers and key personnel in your accounts
  • Be aware of your customer’s stock situation and to ensure a good sell through of trend products
  • Inform your customers of all Wolford press coverage to enable them to benefit from it
Reporting:
  • Provide the HQ with information and figures regarding the Key Accounts
  • Comply with all company reporting procedures and timetables
  • Inform the HQ immediately of any changes on your area that may affect Wolford’s business.
  • Attend Sales meetings both in the UK and with Wolford AG and to report on the Key Accounts as requested.
  • Support the Sales Team with information on products and sales.
  • Supply the accounts department with monthly expense reports and receipts
Requirements:
  • University degree/bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • At least 3 years experience in key account operations management, including inventory control, loss prevention, retail systems, merchandising, customer service, store budget preparation and people management
  • Proven experience in delivering results, strong 'math' knowledge and business acumen, thorough knowledge of Key Account KPIs, store P&L, schedule management, etc.
  • Conflict management, business negotiation, organization, decision-making and time management
  • Planning and organisation
  • High customer orientation and extensive selling skills
  • Advanced computer skills - Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of Retail POS systems, scheduling systems, etc. required
  • Language: English and Italian fluent, any other language would be a plus
