Dual.Concept S.r.l., a service company of the Italian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK Italien), accredited by the MLPS, is seeking on behalf of a client company a Key Account Manager Italy for the industrial sector with excellent English and Italian (native) for the Italian market. UzinUtz is a family‑run company with about 1,500 employees and nearly 500 million euros in revenue, active in over 50 countries. We operate as a global supplier of complete solutions, specializing in innovative flooring solutions. Join our international Key Account Management team within the new Industry Business Unit.

As an independent operating unit within the Uzin Utz Group, we offer our customers customized, recyclable solutions and, when needed, packaging via machinery for mass production, always considering the entire product lifecycle. Our goal is to create real added value through quality and deep technological integration, with a focus on scalability, cost efficiency and process optimization. We aim to become the first choice in industrial production.

Position

In the role of Key Account Manager in the Industry Business Unit, you will be part of an international team focused on strategic management of relationships with key customers across our multiple brands. We target manufacturers in two main sectors: flooring, profiles, raised floors and modular construction solutions; and manufacturers/operators of vehicles for transport and logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic leadership and planning: develop strategies, conduct in‑depth client analyses, identify opportunities and risks to define strategic objectives and action plans for key accounts.
  • Sales performance and monitoring: drive growth and expansion of strategic accounts across markets and brands; monitor KPI to meet or exceed targets.
  • Relationship management: serve as a trusted partner in sales, understand client needs and build relationships at all levels within both the client and internal organizations, adopting a collaborative approach to key account management.
  • Project and information management: act as project manager and information reference for key accounts, manage tenders and client-specific projects across multiple locations, ensuring transparent information flow between client and organization.
  • Market analysis and growth: identify new growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and exploring emerging sectors, measuring impact of solutions via indicators such as time reductions and cost savings.
  • Cross-functional and cross-brand coordination: ensure alignment across all six UzinUtz brands, collaborating with internal teams to provide integrated solutions to key customers.

Requirements
  • Higher education degree, preferably in economics or technical field
  • At least 5 years of sales or key account management experience, ideally in transport or manufacturing sectors
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly with new and existing clients
  • Proven experience in high-level negotiations aimed at maximizing client value
  • Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
  • High motivation and initiative, aligned with the team’s high standards
  • Excellent command of English (C1/C2)
  • Category B driving license
