Key Account Manager (Italy)

Location: Milan

Key responsibilities
  1. Establishing, maintaining, and developing business relations with key customers;
  2. Technical advisory in the field of charging stations for electric vehicles;
  3. Preparation of commercial offers and tenders;
  4. Preparation and presentation of commercial materials;
  5. Conducting trade negotiations;
  6. Current monitoring of the market and identification of its opportunities;
  7. Reporting of sales activity, as well as information about customer needs and suggestions;
  8. Participation in industry events;
  9. Cooperation with other related departments in the company;
  10. Building a good company's image in its business environment;
  11. Sharing knowledge and participating in the induction of new employees;
  12. Reporting to the Area Manager.
Minimum requirements
  1. 3+ years in a similar position in sales, customer care, business development, or project management;
  2. Bachelor or Master's Degree in engineering;
  3. Residence in Italy;
  4. Availability for business trips;
  5. Ownership of a driving license;
  6. Good knowledge of MS Office;
  7. Bilingual in Italian (C2) and proficient in English (C1);
  8. Goal-oriented and well-organized;
  9. Flexible and able to work under time pressure;
  10. Knowledge of the e-mobility sector is an advantage.
