MittelCo S.r.l. is an Italian Company specialized in international distribution of premium Italian brands (FMCG) in Adriatic Region and Italy.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic FMCG Key Account Manager for Italy. As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and grow relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and manage account plans for key customers to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to increase business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing exceptional levels of service
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and achieve overall company objectives
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis reports
  • Negotiate pricing and other terms with customers to maximize revenue and profit

REQUIREMENTS :

  • At least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within FMCG and FOOD industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of delivering results and achieving sales targets
  • Fluent in both Italian and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
