Mission :

  1. Define and drive execution of Italy Ambient OEM key account strategy for Canned and RTE products, aligned with overall Europe strategy.
  2. Own E2E P&L for Italy Ambient OEM business, ensuring market topline and bottomline performance.
  3. Enhance commercial excellence across Italy Ambient OEM, including account penetration, sales growth, and client relationships.
  4. Support operational collaboration with Europe Demand Planner and global teams through S&OP processes.
  5. Lead and motivate the team to meet targets, improve employee engagement, and build a positive culture.

Additional responsibilities include defining sales strategies, managing key accounts, driving profitability, building customer relationships, collaborating with supply chain and R&D teams, and leading people development initiatives.

Profil :

  • Strong knowledge of the Italian market in similar categories or commoditized businesses.
  • Proficiency in B2B OEM sales, regional sales, business strategy, and P&L management.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
