We are excited to partner with the legendary footwear brand - Saucony. This company doesn't just create shoes, they inspire runners and enthusiasts worldwide with innovative designs and unbeatable performance. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage the key customers.

This is a remote/field-based position - with Pan-European travel required. Please note this is a 12-month FTC with opportunity to progress into a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key accounts, enhancing business opportunities.
  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans, from forecasting and analysis to building "win-win" partnerships.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional product launches, marketing campaigns, and visual merchandising.
  • Drive sales and gross margin growth while ensuring smooth operations across planning, shipping, and budgeting.
  • Represent the business at European meetings, building connections with peers and influencing the broader brand strategy.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven success in managing and growing key accounts ideally the sporting or fashion industry
  • Must have experience with Zalando, Footlocker or JD Sports.
  • Experienced in building and delivering sales strategies across accounts.
  • A great relationship builder, able to work with accounts to ensure all information is up to date.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for footwear and retail trends, supported by strong IT proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
