We are excited to partner with the legendary footwear brand - Saucony. This company doesn't just create shoes; they inspire runners and enthusiasts worldwide with innovative designs and unbeatable performance. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage key customer relationships.

This is a remote / field-based position with Pan-European travel required.

Please note, this is a 12-month FTC with opportunity to progress into a permanent role.

This is your chance to build something extraordinary by driving sales growth, forging strong partnerships, and making Saucony the go-to brand for retailers and consumers alike.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key accounts to enhance business opportunities.
  2. Craft and execute strategic sales plans, including forecasting and analysis, to build "win-win" partnerships.
  3. Partner with internal teams to deliver product launches, marketing campaigns, and visual merchandising.
  4. Drive sales and gross margin growth while ensuring smooth operations across planning, shipping, and budgeting.
  5. Represent the business at European meetings, building connections with peers and influencing brand strategy.
What You’ll Need:
  • Proven success in managing and growing key accounts, ideally in the sporting or fashion industry.
  • Experience with Zalando, Footlocker, or JD Sports.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies across accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to ensure account information is current.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for footwear and retail trends, with strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
