The candidate will manage retail partnerships, oversee the showroom, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal applicant should have over 5 years’ experience in key account management within fashion, a strong retail mindset, and fluency in English. The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and consolidate our presence in Extra-European markets such as East Europe, Balkans, North and South Africa.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing partners, ensuring the brand’s commercial success and image in assigned territories. He / she also has the responsibility to support the partners to succeed in developing Retail Expansion Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the growth of K partners, that sell the brand collection in multi brand channel and mono brand stores
  • Oversee our Milan showroom, coordinating activities of the SR sales team
  • Collaborate with internal commercial teams to deliver partner success
  • Travel to K Customer markets to visit stores, share informations and ideas, reinforce the partnership, unfolding opportunities
What we are looking for
  • 5+ years in key account and retail area management (fashion / apparel preferred).
  • Strong retail mindset – knowledge of store performance indicators, buying and merchandising
  • Based in Milan in our Showroom
  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
  • Passionate for fashion and travelling
  • This is a long-term strategic role, we’re looking for a grower, a builder, a partner to our partners.
