The Position
Reporting to the KAM Lead, you will be part of the Key Account Management team dedicated to proposing Roche products to private Key Customers' structures and laboratories, focusing on serum, molecular biology, pre-analytical, and specialized sectors. You will promote the assigned digital portfolio to Roche public and private clients, aligned with the strategy to follow processes, tenders/negotiations, and build a network with reference stakeholders to establish stronger, longer-lasting partnerships.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing Roche clients in synergy with the sales force (tender management);
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities with existing and potential clients (upselling);
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team colleagues;
  • Planning workshops for existing and potential clients to showcase and promote Roche Diagnostics' digital solutions;
  • Working synergistically with other sales and marketing teams to seize new business opportunities;
  • Collaborating with global teams and serving as the commercial reference for the country within global work teams.
The work area includes the national territory.
Who you are
  • Degree in scientific fields (Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.)
  • Solid commercial experience in hospital laboratories
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
