At Eminox, we design and manufacture advanced exhaust after-treatment systems that reduce harmful emissions from heavy-duty vehicles and equipment and our other product and services as listed on our web page. Our Sales & Marketing team plays a vital role in driving this mission — building strong customer relationships, developing new opportunities, and shaping the future of our business. Now, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join us and help deliver growth across your region.

The Role
  • Meet and exceed sales and gross margin targets
  • Build strategic senior-level relationships while engaging technical teams
  • Accurately forecast pipelines and drive business growth
  • Understand customer needs and demonstrate true value to their business
  • Lead business reviews including forecasting, financial results, and customer feedback
  • Influence procurement processes and drive Eminox into new value streams
  • Become a subject matter expert in your allocated industry or segment
  • Travel regularly to meet customers and strengthen relationships
What We’re Looking For
  • We want a driven, customer-focused professional with proven experience in acquiring, maintaining, and retaining key clients — ideally within engineering or manufacturing.
  • Fluency in English plus another language relevant to your region (Italian or German)
  • You must be located in Italy or southern Italy.
  • Strong business acumen and financial awareness
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills
  • A proactive, independent approach, balanced with being a strong team player
  • Confidence with IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Commitment to excellence, continuous development, and customer success
