Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Work with Retail Solutions, Aftermarket, Operations, Finance, FBS, CEO & Commercial Teams to ensure effective implementation of account plans, opportunity plans, and programs.
- Collaborate with Customer Stakeholders to deliver all key program metrics.
- Harmonize Customer requirements, supervise responses to Customer tenders, and quotations for cross-national opportunities.
- Focus on and improve the E2E supply chain to ensure product demand timelines are met, increasing customer confidence.
- Provide Implementation Forecasts and planning numbers for successful program delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships and a service ethic that maintains a competitive advantage across the customer organization.
- Analyze Monthly reports to identify improvement opportunities, minimize unfavorable cost trends, and present findings to the Contract Steering Committee.
- Analyze program performance statistics and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Education / Achievements
Proven track record in successful business development from conception to implementation and operations.
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or Business.
Experience / Knowledge
Sales experience including negotiation with major commercial accounts.
Thorough knowledge of Commercial markets.
