We are looking for a Key Account Manager for the Road Logistics division, based in Verona or Bologna, to manage customers in the North-East area.

The Key Account Manager will be the primary contact for customers in the assigned region, implementing business development strategies in coordination with the National Road Logistics Sales Manager, and monitoring service levels to ensure customer satisfaction.

How you create impact

  • Identify new opportunities to expand business and solutions with customers in the area, maintaining a strong pipeline, high closing ratio, and collaborating with other business units for competitive pricing and service.
  • Develop and execute the Key Account strategy, defining value propositions and solutions, managing RFQs and tenders, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the engagement cycle.
  • Oversee the transition of new business into operations, monitor performance metrics such as volume, profitability, and overdue accounts, and take immediate corrective actions when needed.

What we would like you to bring

  • At least five years of experience in Project Management and sales, with hands-on expertise.
  • Operational knowledge of finance and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems, tools, and advanced Excel skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
