As a Key Account Manager, you will play an important role in Alibaba’s mission to improve the e-commerce experience. You will focus on expanding and developing relationships with current clients, while also finding new business opportunities by creating and executing strategies. Your role will be key in building strong relationships with brands and sellers, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and helping the business grow on our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Define and identify the suitable brands and sellers according to category strategy
  • Negotiate with brands and sellers and invite them to start their business with us
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders and help accounts have smooth daily operation on the platform and grow their business
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts and internal partners
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Preferred category: Fashion, Electronics, Home & Garden, FMCG
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and data oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
