How will your role help us transform hope into reality?
The Key Account & Access Manager (KAAM) is a field-based expert combining sales and local access competencies who is responsible for scientific information as well as local and regional market access to drive commercial success of our medicines. In this role, the KAAM will be responsible for hospital-based account planning and management, identifying, developing, and managing relationships with a variety of healthcare providers, including hematologists, allergologists/immunologists, oncologists, pathologists, and hospital pharmacists, as well as some regional and local payers.
The KAAM will be accountable to engage in high quality scientific exchange about the clinical application of our precision medicines to a variety of external stakeholders, as well as obtain important insights about accounts' current practice and treatment landscapes. In addition, the KAAM is expected to build strong cross-functional relationships and provide meaningful subject-matter expertise to colleagues in Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, while maintaining full compliance with all relevant company, industry, legal, and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Country Commercial Lead and will be responsible for approximately 1/3 of Italy market: either the territory of Italy North-West or Italy North-East based on the candidate’s place of living and final territories design.
