Job Description
We are currently seeking a Production Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in Milan/Florence, reporting to the Production & After Sales Application Manager.
Your Opportunity
As a Production Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture of the production applications ecosystem. You will ensure the end-to-end delivery of integration streams for both new applications (e.g., SAP) and existing systems (legacy systems, brand-specific applications), and manage the data ingestion into the Group’s cloud data lake.
How You Will Contribute
Who You Are
You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position, delivering new interfaces and supporting applications in complex, large-scale projects.
You are a technical expert, experienced in implementing middleware solutions such as Kafka, SFTP, ELK and GraphQL.
You have proven experience working in large, international projects, navigating diverse cultural environments.
You have a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is a plus.
