We are seeking a Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective ATL media plans to achieve our outdoor & lifestyle brand communication objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of media channels, audience insights and data analytics to optimize media spending and maximize campaign performance.

How you will contribute

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ATL media plans that align with brand goals and budget constraints
  • Collaborate with the brand media agency to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of media campaigns
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including media, eCommerce, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyze audience data to inform media strategies
  • Prepare media plan proposals and performance reports
  • Negotiate with media vendors through the media agency to secure the best rates and placements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new media platforms and emerging technologies to continually refine media strategies

Who you are

  • Degree in Marketing or Communication
  • +5 years of experience in media planning, preferably within a brand or agency setting
  • English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels
  • Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus
