Your opportunity

Working with the Brand Management and Trade Marketing teams to develop and coordinate all institutional & seasonal visual materials and visual merchandising guidelines for different markets, respecting timing and budget constraints.

How you will contribute

• Manage the process and timing of materials development to support centralized visibility at points of sale, in compliance with brand and market guidelines.
• Brief external agencies and suppliers for POS materials, evaluate prototypes and estimates, and present for final approval.
• Supervise suppliers involved in project development, ensuring correct interpretation of industrialization indications, adherence to production times, and quality control.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure timely placement and delivery of purchase orders.
• Analyze POP trends data to assess performance across markets.
• Monitor stock levels of POP materials and replan institutional and seasonal materials as needed.

Who you are

• At least 3 years of experience in luxury accessories or cosmetics industry.
• Good knowledge of materials used in POS material development.
• Understanding of production processes and technical aspects of POS material industrialization.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Teamwork, passion, enthusiasm, curiosity, and innovation.
