How you will contribute
- Support your manager in defining the sales strategy and sales plan for each client to achieve Net Sales objectives.
- Collaborate with your manager to develop a sales and marketing business plan with clients, alongside the e-Trade marketing teams, to achieve Net Sales objectives.
- Negotiate brand price lists and collection plans in line with Net Sales objectives.
- Propose, analyze, and review assortment plans to maximize client sell-out (e-category management).
- Collect and analyze sell-out reports from clients to build targeted action plans.
- Build relationships both externally with clients and internally within the Kering Eyewear team, at both local and headquarters levels.
- Communicate and present to clients the brand values and positioning along with collection highlights.
- Monitor clients' websites to ensure that e-merchandising and e-category standards align with agreed plans and gather useful information from the competitive landscape.
- Set up and monitor the most suitable supply chain process for each client within the assigned scope to ensure the highest level of service (e.g., collaborative planning, automatic replenishment).
- Collect and manage orders in collaboration with the Sales Channel Operations department.
- Assist and support the Finance department in invoicing and payment flows.
Who you are
- 2-3 years minimum experience in similar roles in a fast-paced environment
- With experience preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion or accessories.
- Master’s degree in Business Management or similar
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamwork, positive and collaborative attitude.
