Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a Go-to-Market Specialist who will report to the Senior Go-to-Market Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute

• Support the Go-to-Market team in tracking distribution advances quarterly through KPI analysis and dashboard preparation for management review.
• Assist in defining distribution plans and update annual distribution reports shared with brand stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and internal analysis to support business planning and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor the execution and effectiveness of distribution strategies across markets and channels, focusing on the selective distribution network, ensuring compliance with requirements and network evolution.
• Track project performance across the brand portfolio to maintain focus on objectives.

Who you are

• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, finance, or business analysis/incentives.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, business-driven settings.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented.
• Proactive, flexible, curious, team-oriented.
• Capable of working under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
