Your opportunity

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Ambassador French & Portuguese speaker to join our corporate team in Padova Headquarter.

As an EMEA Customer Service Ambassador, you will be part of a B2B environment, ensuring excellent service to our customers by attending to their needs, such as order taking, queries, questions, and resolving complaints through various communication channels (telephone, email, chat, web). Your goal will be to provide high-quality, efficient service and maximize business opportunities within Kering brands’ portfolio.

How you will contribute

  • Managing the ordering process from acquisition to entry, in line with trade terms.
  • Researching information using available sources.
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues.
  • Providing product and service information to customers.
  • Monitoring customer requests and queries.
  • Mapping interactions according to standard procedures.
  • Creating new business opportunities proactively.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Languages, Translation, or Cultural Mediation).
  • Native or C2 level speaker of Portuguese.
  • Additional knowledge of German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment and contribute to building a new organization.
  • Experience in a B2B customer service environment.
  • Good knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM and SAP tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and order-to-cash flows is a plus.
