We are currently seeking a Customer Service Ambassador French & Portuguese speaker to join our corporate team in Padova Headquarter.
As an EMEA Customer Service Ambassador, you will be part of a B2B environment, ensuring excellent service to our customers by attending to their needs, such as order taking, queries, questions, and resolving complaints through various communication channels (telephone, email, chat, web). Your goal will be to provide high-quality, efficient service and maximize business opportunities within Kering brands’ portfolio.
